Why do I see a DEMO sign ?
If you see the DEMO sign appearing in your Kontakt interface, it is most likely that you are using the Kontakt Player, which in other terms is the free version of Kontakt.
As mentioned on every of our product pages, our instruments require the full version (retail version) of Kontakt. If you are not sure which version you are using please click here to consult our guide.
I only have MacOS files in my download...
INSTINCT is both for Mac and Windows user. If you don’t see any other files than the Mac ones that means it was an unzipping error. If you are having trouble unzipping the I’d advice you to do it with 7zip to unzip the folder (https://www.7-zip.org/).
I did not receive a serial number...
Our libraries don’t require serial numbers. Simply drag and drop the nki files on your Kontakt player to start using the instrument.
